General Organization Settings

These general settings allow you to configure miscellaneous settings for your organization. These changes include the following items:

  • Organization Name: This is the name of your organization as it is displayed across FTE Tree. When you update it here, please note it will be updated across your entire account, including the account name for your billing.

  • Time Zone: Please select which time zone you are located in. Within FTE Tree, we customize dates and times to be displayed in your time zone. Please read the section on time zones for additional information. We do not try to guess or otherwise figure out your time zone, but rather just explicitly ask you. When your account is first created, it defaults to the organization's default time zone. You may change this at any time.

  • Settings Message: This is a general message we display when a user either attempts to access a page they may not have access to, or there is otherwise no data available for them to view on that page. For example, if the user does not have access to view any departments and clicks on their department list, this message will be displayed. It is a helpful place for you to place the contact name of someone who can either provide the needed access, guide them to your company's help desk, etc.
